    When I started this challenge with the group I have lost 12.5 lbs and 2 pant sizes. Prior to keto I had already lost weight. So I lost a total of 24.5 lbs.

I understand that I did not become like this in 2 years, so I am READY for the life change that you preach and PRACTICE. That's why I say you are TRUE and REAL and its not about the view count and the cash money made.     I really appreciate all your efforts and for answering all our questions and I've lost 5lbs but still I'm very happy with my results and I've been strict keto and doing boxing 🥊 everyday I feel healthy though I haven't lost much weight but there's a lot of difference in my measurements. I'm planning to continue and this has been my second time trying keto diet. All the way from Jordan 🇯🇴

    Nice work man!! In terms of breaking a standard 24 hour fast with something super lean how long wud u leave it before consuming a fat?

    Randomly deciding to carb load because I emotionally feel like it, feels way worse than planned carbs to me. I don't understand how planning rewards you more than rewarding random emotion.

    Was a lot of fun. I started from the beginning and followed to a T. Lost 20 lbs the first 4 days and stayed the same for the rest of the month. Learned a lot about food,cooking nutrition in general. Was a great experience.
