    DON'T make walking too complicated just walk 8,000 to 10,000 steps daily that's all you need. Buy a pedometer keep things simple. No need to count for fast & slow walk it's not necessary.

    TIPS FOR EFFECTIVE WALKING AND WEIGHT LOSS:

    START THE DAY WITH:

    –A 20-minute walk, not slow, not fast. Just a regular walk. As early as 5 or 6 am is excellent.
    –Make sure the walking path has a bit of a challenge: a mix between slopes and flat pathways.
    –After the walk, a shake of raw oatmeal mixed with a banana + 1 spoonful of 100% pure honey. Next to it, a boiled egg.
    –No carbs for the day (white bread, pastas, dough products, rice, etc…). Snack on carrots or raw almonds and wall nuts + NATURAL fruit juice or water. Still feeling peckish? A couple of cheese sticks and water should do.
    –Coffee and tea are fine, but drink in moderate quantities and avoid cream and sugar. Add sweetener only. Honey is even better. Green tea is the best!
    –Sweets and treats? Sure. On Christmas, your birthday, or wedding anniversary. Any other day? Forget it
    –Eat a LIGHT healthy lunch of fruit, vegetable soup (low sodium, no fat, no meats, no noodles) and a piece of cheese or Greek yogurt. Could add a whole wheat toast, unsalted and unbuttered.
    –DINNER: steak, fish or boneless chicken (roasted or baked), fruit and vegetables.
    –Repeat the same walk as the morning's.

    Drinking much water to flush my body, walking tons (over 1,200 miles) and keeping an honest daily journal of miles and food intake has kept me on track to lose 60 pounds in 6 months. It's really eye-opening when you realize it takes roughly 1 mile of walking to burn off 100 calories and that there are roughly 3,500 calories in a pound. Therefore, you have to walk 35 miles to burn off 1 pound. It seems impossible at the beginning, but little by little, the pounds will fall off. I've been fortunate enough to be out of work to have plenty of time to devote to crazy amounts of walking. I'm now walking 100 miles per week (5 or 6 days) with a day of rest. I know my neighborhood like the back of my hand now since I walk 50 2-mile loops per week. The blisters on my feet and swollen ankles the first few weeks of walking so much were horrible, but I pushed through. I'm glad I did. I set challenges for myself. I've walked 30 miles in a little over 8 hours in a single day. Let's just say that wouldn't have happened 6 months ago. 🙂 Ward off salty food like the plague and share a meal or get a doggie bag when eating out…restaurants love to push the notion "more is better". After eating a meal at a celebration dinner last night, I felt miserable due to over-eating (bloated) and I'm not the in the best of shape this morning. I broke my rule and now pay the price. I wish you well in your weight loss endeavors. You can do it!

    My excitement to test “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) fat loss plan is at all time high. I didn`t change my diet plan and also did not boost my workout level. In only a short period of 1 month, I currently shed 6 pounds. With this this technique, I did observe that I ate less and also filled up quicker. .

    This is 100% click bait. You can’t even access the “free” diet plan, and the walking schedule is too complicated. I have back problems, so even if I had access to stairs (which I don’t), I’m not physically able to walk up and down them for 10-20 minutes!
