Hi Brian, I first would like to say congratulations on the weight loss that's amazing! Losing weight is not easy at all, i'm on my weight loss journey myself actually. I've lost almost 70 lbs so far. My weight was never from eating my weight gain was because i starved myself when i was 14 until i was in my 20's and to be honest i still don't eat as much as i'm suppose to and so instead of losing weight i gained weight it is possible, but the other thing is about a year and a half ago i was on a medication that made me balloon out like crazy. I gained 80lbs in 3 or 4 months!!! Now that's ridiculous but honestly i do get mad at myself because i don't want to be the number on the scale but you know what i know it's not my fault, i know it wasn't from eating like some people do they turn to food for many reasons, and there's nothing against them but it just wasn't how i gained the weight but i'm still trying to lose weight though i am not where i want to be i have a little of a ways to go until my goal and i might even lose more than my goal but i am starting to see how i feel at my goal i might feel good at that weight, i'm not listening to doctors because they think every woman can be 100lbs….i'll never be 100 lbs Lol I'm shooting for 150 which i don't have too far to go for that goal i'm just doing some research and getting more tips. I really have to cut out carbs and creamer, i like cream in my coffee i'm not sure about black coffee just yet but i'm going to suffer through having black coffee and just do it because i need my coffee haha, But anyways, i know that losing weight is hard and it's so stressful thinking about "what is that person or people thinking about me and thinking about what i look like their staring" I take things personally so i am sensitive at heart, i'm someone who would do anything for another person that i could honestly. But i've been bullied at school not because of weight but just for stupid reasons like i can't believe the world we live in now a days. I just hope that people see that people like us are trying to make ourselves better for the good. And hopefully those type of people can look past what we look like and get to know us as a human being. I'm so happy for you Brian again congratulations on your transformation that's unbelievable It takes a really strong person to lose that much weight in such a short amount of time to be honest with you it's amazing. So thank you for sharing your story with us. Take care.

I got up to 330 (my heaviest) over the holidays and have been adamant in losing weight since. Though my eating habits are still terrible,  have lost 15 lbs and gained a lot of muscle. (For example 50 lbs weights doing 30 curls and 50 squats a day along with a lot of other exercises I can't be arsed to remember the names of.) If you can lose 390 then I can lose another 195 this year.

If you're only 100 pounds overweight right now and you see this, take it as if you're already 300 pounds overweight. Don't shrug it off because you aren't that dire yet. Now is the time.
