    I did  "day 24" in the morning and completed my day with this work-out. To be hones,t I haven't lost one single pound of weight, but even gained about 2-4 pounds in the last couple of weeks. I'm certainly not overweight with a BMI of 23.5-24 kg/m2, but a little less would be benificial. But I guess that a part of the weight gain could also be due to more muscle-mass. Today was the first day in this winter with snow. Greetings from the white city of Berne and thanks for your kind an encouraging answers.
