    This video was 🔥 so true some days are so hard to go to the gym but I learned it’s ok to take a day off😎I think you can take it one day at a time & stay consistent.When I first started working out I think I was going to hard & it made me dread going to the gym so I Learned to do things more realistic so thank you for this video you are still an inspiration to me💯
