    I used a different calf stretch to the same effect. All you need is a small step or even a little block 2inch high. Pop it under your toes front ball of your foot. Keep your heel on the ground and your leg straight then lean forward until you feel your calf stretch. Swap leg and repeat. Just like magic.. back pain is gone.

    lol only recommendation is to do it at the bottom step, old people might fall down the stairs! Serious caution! Over stretching the calf causes a world load of troubles so be careful!
