    Great video, I had a herniated disc at my l5/S1 and it left me completely immobile. Had to get a microdiscectomy. There was a good 2 years of back pain that led up to that final herniation. Had I strengthened my core, low back, hamstrings, and glutes, I think I could have avoided that final outcome. Even now I am stronger than ever and my back feels in great shape, the root of it all was poor bracing, weak core, weak posterior chain, etc.
