    29.11.2019 routine. Morning warm water and gooseberry curry leaves fat cutter drink. Breakfast ulunthu sadam. Snack peanuts. Lunch soya chunks rice quater cup with vegetable salad. Snack streamed corn. Dinner 1 chappthi with mushroom gravy. Water 2 liters normal and 1 liter warm water. Walking morning 30 minutes and evening 60 minutes. Completed 10,000 steps. No Cardio and no skipping today.
