    You have nothing to worry about, dude. The weight loss was huge – you’re not. 👌
    Do you drink water? I weigh 12 stone, so weight isn’t an issue for me, but I drink a shit-ton of water anyway.
    I’d say you weigh several pounds in your legs. That lymphedema is extra weight, too. 👍

    Weigh yourself in the morning with less clothing on as soon as you get up between going to the bathroom and breakfast.

    Hey Brendan, I know how you feel when it comes to thinking you are heavier than you actually end up being. However with the feeling bloated and clothes feeling tighter I notice that as well if my eating habits are bad (especially when a lot of carbs are involved). While your weight might stay the same or go down you can get bigger when it comes to inches on your body. If you are eating more carbs than protein and your body is consuming muscle mass it then replaces it with fat and you end up getting "fluffy" as I put it. I'm dealing with that right now due to stress eating.

    At my heaviest I was 767 pounds back in 2009. I've been under 300 pounds for the past few years. I tend to sit around 260-280 (I am 6'3 with a large frame), and I have probably a good 20-40 pounds of excess skin and depleted fat pockets that I'd like to get removed when I can afford to do so. Not really at my goal as I want to turn some fat back into muscle.

    I ended up going the surgical route and had a Duodenal Switch done (similar to the bypass, but more powerful and it keeps the digestive tract more normal). Basically I was carrying you around when you were at your heaviest seeing as I've lost over 500 pounds. I need to focus on protein so I eat protein the most. Vegetables I don't mind ignoring for the most part given that I don't get much nutrients from them as they are digested too quickly. If I can limit carbs I'd be good.

    I know people look at eating trends that are popular as fads or gimmicks. I think keto is a great way to eat if a person can adhere to it.

    Either way I enjoyed watching your weight loss journey.

    Seriously good news that you aren't gaining. My only piece of advice is to just keep an eye on caloric intake (2000-2500 daily is the sweet spot) and maybe a light daily workout for about 20-30 minutes. If nothing else it will help boost your energy and keep you at least maintaining a healthy weight without getting too small.

    Its ur mindset bruh u havnt been going to the gym n eating right so u jus feel that way all round. When u were 250 or whatever it was u probably felt way better cus u had a regime. Start that shit back up n before ya know you'll just feel better
