    Let's rephrase the question and maybe help others on deciding which diet to avoid.

    Which diet made you put on most extra weight after you were done with it?

    Yep the narrator is right. I used to hear all the time about "American" portion sizes that are larger than portion sizes around the world. What nonsense. I've been to at least 25 countries both rich and poor, and have noticed no difference in the portion sizes. Whether it's India or Japan, South Korea or Chile, England or Greece, all of the portion sizes were gigantic. We don't need to eat so much! Eat until your hunger goes away, and then STOP! Don't eat when your stomach isn't grumbling! Think of the caveman days – we did not always have access to food and we didn't eat all the time!

    My husband and I went on a diet change. We eat less red meat and mainly fruit and veggies. We are trying to get the sugar cut back to but we are doing that slowly because doing it overnight makes him sick. So far he has lost 15lbs. I've lost 2 lbs. But I feel great!

    I feel like if you’re gonna make a video on weight loss you should do at least minimal research on diet, nutrition, etc. If you’re eating only vegetables, of course you’re going to feel weak and tired, because that’s not a balanced diet and also not at all what vegetarianism is

    Losing weight is the easiest thing ever. Just calculate the average amount of calories you eat per day and reduce it. I don't know why people struggle. That's literally all I did.

    im just curious and slightly considering this challenge but if you were able to only eat healthy and only sit ups and walking to places for your exersize daily, would you still have the same outcome?

    i use portion control with just eating it slow, i find that regardless of how much i eat in about 20 to 30 minutes, i`m full. even if thats 3 bites.

    I’m a male 13 year old and I weigh 98 pounds, ironically the average weigh for a skinny girl of my height (or lower) and body shape(skinny)in my current school is 100-101 lbs. The thing is that my height is over average height. Someone please explain why I’m so light

    this is nothing, on 2 occasions. 1st I lost 35 pounds in 2 weeks at the age of ** and the 2nd occasion I lost 73 pounds at the age of 17 which took me * months. I was really fat back then. I'm 18 as of right now and should really see a doctor by now.

    Just so you know, "strict vegetarian" doesn't mean literally vegetables, just no animal products. I'm a vegetarian and I, too, hate plain vegetables and find them unfulfilling. That's what pasta, plant-based meats, bean burritos with guacamole and other filling meals are for.
