    I`ve got constant lower back pain and also stiffness. In my attempt to get a solution for my concern, I have used many suggestions but it doesn`t help, nobody have been competent to assist. On the other hand, this particular back pain guide named “Kemzαnο Loni” (Google it) have been an exception. It is quite comfortable. I strongly suggest this guidebook… .

    Wow! This could not have come at a better time. One problem though….foam rollers hurt so bad. I am trying not to put all my weight, but it still hurts. Does that just mean that I am really tight and that I SHOULD be doing the rolling?
