    My schedule is busy.. morning at 7o clock tea n going job .. direct lunch..then 3:30 to 4 tea break n then dinner.in between 7 to 9 gym workout. In lunch I take 2roti,2khakhra, chhash,2 boil sabji. N in dinner 2-3 roti..n sabji
