    Very IMPORTANT to get food right first: last meal for me is usually before 6pm. I also have a "wind down" routine at night for bed and sleep.

    Thanks Emmie for sharing this. May I get your opinion on whether it would help me to lose weight if I incorporate a juice cleansing diet? My friend said on top of healthy food choice, she lost weight 2X faster after she added a juice diet.
