    Main house wife hun mere 2 bache hy c section hua hy dono bachun main aur bhi 3 bar operation hue hy mere… Maine apna 17 kg weight loss tu krlia hy par 5, 6 kg aur krna par ho nh raha kuch life main issue bhi hy jiski waja sy disturbance rehti hy Muje constipation bht hota hy swelling bht hoti hy stomach aur washroom jati hun flash nh hoti meri life main tension pareshani… muje suggestion den k kistra sy apni diet maintain rakhun 4 sal sy deit, exercise, walk kr rhi hun par ab mushkil arhi hy after 7 pm kuch nh khati maximum 7 pm tk dinner krleti hun pani bhi piti hun bht zaida tea nh leti only green tea ya black coffee without sugar please muje baten k ab main kia karun
