    Eating cupcakes doesn’t mean you fail. You Can eat what ever you want if you do in portions, work out/stay active and stay consistent that’s the truth. Limiting yourself from EVERYTHING that tastes good is where you actually FAIL. Consistency is Key.

I’ve been “kinda” wanting to get back into shape and just be healthy especially since I have a baby now and I want to be healthy so I could be on this earth with her as long as possible.     I dont want to be SUPER skinny, but i would love to have thinner thighs, toned legs, pretty back, fat stomach, no double chin, chin, thin arms. Full body change basically. But im not gonna be very strict to myself! Im gonna be realistic. Gonna try to eat healthier. Try not to snack on chocolate everytime im bored, im gonna have a morning and evening exercise!

    In one month I'm gonna have skinny legs and weight below 50kg. Till June first I'll keep eating healthy and that is all it will take to get my perfect body. I'm already getting skinnier and it will only get better 🙂
