    Hello! Thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I notice many people keep on talking about Backprolax Secrets (google it), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you considered home remedy called Backprolax Secrets? I have heard many amazing things about it and my work buddy completely cure his back pain safely with this remedy.

    Emily, thank you so much for such a great, simply demonstrated series of easy on the body yoga poses. Yoga has always defeated me, but these exercises go right for the low back area and tight hips that are giving me grief ~ wonderful little video.

    Thankyou so much !!!! I zumba at least 7 times a week and have had terrible spasm and lower back pain this series of stretches has made a huge difference thankyou again !!!!!

    @amvyas I would say probably not since some of them require laying on your back. I suffered from vena cava syndrome during pregnancy and would not advise it. Twisting should be very subtle during pregnancy too, nothing too far.
