    Just found the channel today and watched all 3 videos. I found them very inspiring. Thank you so much for sharing. I have been on a fitness journey for several years now, but sort of gave up last year so I'm just starting to get back on track. In the last month I've been focusing on my calorie intake and slowly gaining strength, which I have started to noticed the difference. I really appreciated this Q&A video, especially the parts about motivation, because sometimes thats the hardest for me. And also the one about being too self critical. I found your word very helpful and I felt like I was listening to someone genuine and honest, so thank you very much for that. I wish you the best. 😊

    Sorry my English isn’t the best but one tip from my own experience for the ppl dieting don’t tell yourself that you’re dieting and don’t set a time like dieting for a week just eat healthy and try to decrease the amount of food you eat normally, try to exchange them into ones that include less calories for example eat black full grain bread instead of toast or use olive oil for frying and instead of chocolate or for a snack eat fruits you will get used to it just don’t tell yourself that you’re on a diet cause if you’ve dieted for a time your body will feel like starving and you’ll gain the calories back by time

    I've restarted my fitness journey after taking a break for a few months. I'm also dealing with a lot of anxiety and also Psoriasis. Most of the times I find myself feeling utterly demotivated and I feel like I'm not even losing a single gram. Even the Psoriasis gets worse because of worrying so much. But I also try to push myself and keep telling myself that I have to do this for me and my body. Your videos have been a great inspiration and have taught me that sometimes its better to let things go if they're not going as planned and start over. Thank you for being so honest and true.
