I'm pregnant and had severe sciatic nerve pain all day today. I tried the second pose (shortly since I'm not supposed to be on my back for long) and there was a deep crack noise in my tailbone/hip area. It felt fantastic! Between this, your desk yoga, and prenatal yoga, you saved me not only through my twin pregnancy last year but also this, my second pregnancy. Thank you!

Ho Sarah, I just came across your video for sciatica pain. I gave birth to my son 6 months ago and my sciatica pain started in 6th or 7th month and then stayed there throughout my remaining pregnancy. After birth I got better, two weeks ago I went to my sister in law's house and it's up the hill so I had to push the buggy upwards with the baby and other baby stuff. I got severe back pain after that which constantly there. Now it's been 3 days with back pain sciatica pain has come back again as well. This time it's so severe that if I bend a little bit the joint in my left buttock just freezes and then I have to come back to straight position. I am having difficulty in carrying my baby and sleeping as well. Would you please guide me are these exercises safe for back pain as well cuz I see a lot of bending in the video. When I do the pigeon pose my sciatica pain gets better a little bit but then it comes back so I am doing it after every 2 to 3 hours. I am so worried and in pain for the 2 weeks. I am very sorry for long message.

This may be random, but where do you get your cute tops? I've looked for similar, even for patterns to make some. You always have cute tops on!

Holy moly, I tried the up the wall poses in particular and can't believe the difference. I am standing SO much straighter and wasn't getting the numbness I typically get within a few minutes of standing. Why don't doctors teach these things?! THANKS!!!!!!!

Pigeon is my favorite yoga pose. Thanks for this video 🙂

I’m wondering if the Figure 4 up the wall would help relax supertight hamstrings…I’ve never seen that variation before and I’m going to try it. Thanks!
